金吾财讯 | 海通证券发研指，3月5日统一企业中国(00220)披露2024年末期业绩公告，其中实现主营收入303.32亿元（YOY6.1%），实现归母净利润18.49亿元（YOY10.9%）。此外公司公告分红约18.49亿元（对应股利支付率100%）该行指，24年公司饮品业务实现192.41亿元（YOY8.2%），且自2020年以来公司饮品收益年复合增长率达11.25%。此外24年饮品分部净利润率同比+1.3pct至12.2%。展望25年，该行认为随着公司持续多元化场景拓展，以及加码冰冻化、数字化，看好饮品业务继续维持稳健较快成长；受益于公司不断优化口味并提升产品力，公司食品业务2024年实现营收99.98亿元（YOY+1.5%），此外食品分部净利润率同比+1.9pct至2.7%。展望25年，该行认为受益于产品力持续提升，期待公司食品业务继续向好。该行表示，预计2025-2027年公司营业总收入分别为325.72/344.73/363.90亿元，归母净利润分别为20.45/22.67/25.15亿元，对应EPS分别为0.47/0.52/0.58元/股。参照可比公司PE估值，该行给予公司16-20倍的PE(2025E)估值区间，对应每股价值区间为7.52-9.40元/股，按照港元兑人民币0.93汇率计算（截止2025/03/10收盘），对应合理价值区间8.09-10.11港元/股，继续给予“优于大市”评级。
