智通财经APP获悉，中国建筑国际(03311)午后涨近6%，截至发稿，涨5.74%，报12.9港元，成交额8289.06万港元。
消息面上，3月11日，中国建筑国际宣布，拟向中国东方资产管理(国际)控股发行2.446亿股认购股份，总认购价达到29.99亿港元。此次认购所得款项将主要用于偿还计息债务、装配式建筑和其他建筑科技的生产、研发和投资，以及集团建筑或其他建筑相关业务投资和集团一般企业目的。
此外，中国建筑国际拟于3月21日举行董事会会议审批年度业绩。公司24年中期业绩显示，营业额约617.55亿港元，同比增长12.1%；股东应占溢利54.65亿港元，同比增长12.7%。截至2024年6月30日止6个月，集团累计新签合约额约为1251.3亿港元。
