Tempur Sealy, a US-based manufacturer of mattresses and bedding products, will establish a mattress plant in South Korea by 2026 to meet increasing demand, Yonhap News reported Monday.
The new facility, set for construction in June, will replace Sealy Korea's existing Yeoju plant, which has been operational since 2016. The investment aims to position South Korea as a global manufacturing hub, though the company has not disclosed the project's timeline or cost, the report said.
