智通财经APP获悉，香港中旅(03088)尾盘跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.42%，报1.08港元，成交额1287.04万港元。
消息面上，香港中旅将于3月26日举行董事局会议批准刊发全年业绩。公司近日公布，预期截至去年12月底止全年纯利比2023年同期下降不低于40%，2023年股东应占利润2.4亿港元。预期下降主要由于投资性物业公允价值下跌所致。
此外，深交所公告，港股通标的证券名单发生调整并自2025年03月10日起生效，调入香港中旅等。中银国际此前表示，引述今年1至2月春节假期的旅游数据，认为整体中国旅游需求依然强劲。该行表示，虽然重申对旅游行业的乐观看法，但认为东南亚为目的地的出境游需求减少，预计东亚邻国、中国香港及澳门地区将因此受惠。
