消息面上，BOSS直聘昨日公布，2024年全年的收入为人民币73.56亿元，同比增加23.6%；经营利润为人民币11.73亿元，同比增加101.9%；经调整经营利润为约人民币23.17亿元，同比增加41.4%；净利润为人民币15.67亿元，同比增加42.6%；经调整净利润为人民币27.11亿元，同比增加25.7%。截至2024年12月31日止十二个月的总付费企业客户为610万，同比增加17.3%。 2024年全年的平均月活跃用户为5300万，同比增加25.3%。公司目前预期2025年第一季度总收入在人民币19.0亿元至人民币19.2亿元之间，同比增加11.5%至12.7%。
