资本策略地产(00497)旗下邻近港铁佐敦站的高临，周二(11日)公布加推价单7号，尽推最后22伙标准户，折实平均呎价约25,823港元。项目将会上载销售安排，预计周六(15日)发售该批单位。
该公司执行董事何乐辉表示，项目已累售192伙，占全盘供应约74%，并套现逾16亿元，将于今年年底入伙。自银行加快审批贷款后，市场气氛明显好转。他认为，《财政预算案》调整100元印花税的门槛，中小型单位交投最为受惠。
旗下合作项目香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第5期，及油塘通风楼住宅项目，有望年内推出市场。
该公司常务董事(住宅销售) 毕子鸿称，该批单位涵盖包括6伙两房及16伙三房单位，实用面积414至707方呎，折实价由985.2万至1,995.1万元，折实呎价约23,740至28,219元。
项目新增3项置业优惠，包括向新买家送出24个管理费优惠，同时新买家可提名一位早前已购入单位的买家，以获赠12个月管理费。其次，购入400方呎以上标准单位，可获上限4.25%的印花税。另外，选用“高端人才付款计划”可享3%折扣。
