资本策略地产(00497)旗下邻近港铁佐敦站的高临,周二(11日)公布加推价单7号,尽推最后22伙标准户,折实平均呎价约25,823港元。项目将会上载销售安排,预计周六(15日)发售该批单位。
该公司执行董事何乐辉表示,项目已累售192伙,占全盘供应约74%,并套现逾16亿元,将于今年年底入伙。自银行加快审批贷款后,市场气氛明显好转。他认为,《财政预算案》调整100元印花税的门槛,中小型单位交投最为受惠。
旗下合作项目香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第5期,及油塘通风楼住宅项目,有望年内推出市场。
该公司常务董事(住宅销售) 毕子鸿称,该批单位涵盖包括6伙两房及16伙三房单位,实用面积414至707方呎,折实价由985.2万至1,995.1万元,折实呎价约23,740至28,219元。
项目新增3项置业优惠,包括向新买家送出24个管理费优惠,同时新买家可提名一位早前已购入单位的买家,以获赠12个月管理费。其次,购入400方呎以上标准单位,可获上限4.25%的印花税。另外,选用“高端人才付款计划”可享3%折扣。
