智通财经APP获悉，名创优品(09896)拉升逾8%，截至发稿，涨7.95%，报42.1港元，成交额2.58亿港元。
消息面上，3月10日，据新消费日报报道，名创优品考虑将旗下潮玩品牌Top Toy分拆并在香港上市，或融资约3亿美元。据悉，TopToy商品线全面覆盖艺术潮玩、日漫手办、美漫手办、盲盒、娃娃模型、拼装模型、积木等七大潮玩核心品类，还包括搪胶毛绒玩具等，商品价格为39元至上万元不等。与超100个国内外IP达成战略合作，如迪士尼、漫威、三丽鸥、王者荣耀等，并积极开发自有IP，如“Twinkle”“Tammy”。
据了解，Top Toy自2020年12月在广州正佳广场开设全球首店以来，迅速在全国扩张。截至2024年第三季度末，拥有234家门店，覆盖全国80多座城市的100多个核心商圈，包括北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都等一线及新一线城市，采取“高线地标+下沉渗透”的双轨策略布局门店。海外业务方面，2023年利用跨境电商平台将产品带到北美和大洋洲等，2024年8月末以店中店的形式在名创优品印尼雅加达旗舰店亮相，10月和11月在泰国分别开设一家门店。
