智通财经APP获悉，据报道，长安汽车(000625.SZ) 旗下中国电动汽车公司阿维塔科技(Avatr Technology)正考虑来港上市，最快今年下半年向联交所提交上市申请，计划集资约10亿美元。
数据显示，长安汽车与蔚来汽车于2018年成立阿维塔科技，及后蔚来淡出，2021年公司引入华为及宁德时代为投资者，正式更名为阿维塔，目标成为全球高端智能电动汽车品牌。去年9月，长安汽车便曾向投资者透露，阿维塔科技将推进市场化运作，有独立上市计划。
