　　万励达（08482）发布公告，于2025年3月11日，公司拟配售最多2495.66万股新股份，占经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数约16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.136港元相较3月11日收市价每股0.17港元折让约20%。

　　假设所有配售股份获配售代理成功配售，则配售事项的最高所得款项总额估计约为339万港元，而配售事项的最高所得款项净额估计约为320万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用于偿还贷款及补充集团的营运资金。
