SpartanNash Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.1%

Food solutions company SpartanNash increased its quarterly dividend 1.1% to 22 cents per share from 21.75 cents.

The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company said on Tuesday its board approved the increase, which is equal to 88 cents on an annual basis. The revised payout represents a yield of 4.4% based the company's lastest closing share price of $19.81 per share.

The dividend will be payable on April 2 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21.
