智通财经APP讯，中国建筑国际(03311)公布，于2025年3月11日，该公司拟向中国东方资产管理(国际)控股有限公司发行2.446亿股认购股份，认购价为每股港币 12.26 元，所得款项总额将为约港币 29.99 亿元，约 16.67%用于偿还计息债务，16.67%用于装配式建筑和其他建筑科技的生产、研发和投资;66.66%用于不时投资集团的建筑或其他建筑相关业务(包括支付投资代价、建筑材料款项以及一般合约义务下的其他付款)及集团一般企业目的。
