美股异动 | Veren涨超18%，与Whitecap达成150亿美元合并交易，打造加拿大最大轻质油生产商
本周一（3月10日），石油公司 Veren Inc. (VRN.US)一度涨超18%，截至发稿报5.77美元，涨幅17.52%：
公司与 Whitecap Resources, Inc. (SPGYF.US)周一宣布了一项价值约150亿美元的全股票(包括债务)交易合并协议。合并后的公司将成为加拿大阿尔伯塔省Montney和Duvernay地区领先的轻质油和凝析油生产商。
根据交易条款，Veren的股东将按每股Veren普通股获得1.05股Whitecap普通股。
合并后的公司将由Whitecap现有管理团队领导，并沿用Whitecap名称。Veren的四名董事将加入Whitecap董事会，包括现任Veren总裁兼首席执行官Craig Bryksa。
合并后的公司日产量将达到37万桶油当量，成为加拿大最大的轻质油生产商，同时也是加拿大西部沉积盆地的第七大生产商，具有显著的天然气增长潜力。
合并后的公司将成为Kaybob Duvernay和阿尔伯塔Montney地区最大的生产商，日产量达22万桶油当量，并在萨斯喀彻温省位居第二。
Veren和Whitecap表示，预计每年可实现超过2亿美元的协同效应，且不受大宗商品价格影响。这将立即提升Whitecap的每股独立资金流和每股自由资金流，分别增长10%和26%。
