智通财经APP讯，3月10日，滨海投资(02886)董事会宣布，其全资附属公司滨海投资(天津)有限公司(简称“滨投天津”)已与沂水同舟燃气有限公司(简称“沂水同舟”)及其全资股东杨永强先生订立合作意向书，探索山东省临沂市沂水县液化气市场的合作机会。
沂水同舟为沂水县道托镇液化气经营企业，持有当地液化气经营资质，并已建成运营一座标准液化气充装站，运营状况良好。根据意向书，滨投天津拟通过收购及增资方式持有沂水同舟不低于51%股权，或与杨永强共同成立合资公司(滨投天津持股不低于51%)，以收购沂水同舟全部资产或股权。杨永强将协助整合沂水县液化气市场，推动实现该区域独家经营。此外，沂水同舟或合资公司将按政府要求，在指定区域建设标准液化气充装站，并实现全流程信息化运营。
滨海投资表示，此次合作将加速沂水液化气市场资源整合，提升运营效率，增强集团在该地区的市场影响力。
据悉，合作意向书为各方后续推进合作的意向性文件，不具法律约束力，具体合作需以正式合同及完成相关审批为准。
