0840 GMT - Yields on U.K. government bonds fall as investors expect more interest rate reductions from the Bank of England due to dwindling spending and growth. "Weak business and consumer sentiment may result in further rate cuts from the Bank of England," Lindsay James, investment strategist at Quilter Investors says in a note. The 10-year gilt yield falls 2 basis points to 4.637%, Tradeweb data shows. The 2-year gilt yield declines 1bp to 4.193%. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
