智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，于2025年3月4日，本公司接获联交所函件，当中联交所已就股份恢复买卖制定下列指引(复牌指引)。
根据复牌指引，本公司须：
(a)就该等事项进行独立法证调查，评估对本公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救行动;
(b)证明本集团管理层及/或对公司管理和运营有重大影响的任何人的诚信、能力和/或品格不存在导致可能对投资者构成风险并损害市场信心的合理监管关注;
(c)进行独立内部监控审查，并证明本公司设有充足的内部监控及程序，足以符合上市规则的规定;
(d)按上市规则的规定刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审计修订;
(e)证明本公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条;及
(f)向市场公布所有重大资料，供本公司股东及其他投资者评估本公司的状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
