【盛美上海：董事、副总经理辞职暨核心技术人员调整】金十数据3月11日讯，盛美上海公告称，董事HAIPING DUN、STEPHEN SUN-HAI CHIAO、罗千里因个人原因辞职，不再担任公司任何职务。副总经理SOTHEARA CHEAV因达到法定退休年龄辞职，不再担任公司任何职务。公司不再认定董事长HUI WANG、副总经理SOTHEARA CHEAV为公司核心技术人员。此次人员变动不会对公司技术研发和核心竞争力产生重大不利影响。
