最新售出单位为“缇外”第5座3楼A室连家私分层大宅 。实用面积为4,437平方呎，属四房四套房另加双工人房间隔，刚以2.3亿元成交，平均实用面积呎价约51,837元，为首季第三宗成交。上述单位成交价包括2个住宅停车位。
项目至今累售35伙，总成交金额逾103亿元，平均成交实用面积呎价约58,000。
