路透北京3月10日 - 中国商务部长王文涛周一会见美国跨国制药企业百时美施贵宝BMY.N董事会主席兼CEO博科思时表示，中美两国在互利共赢基础上开展经贸合作，为两国业界正常经贸合作创造稳定环境，符合两国人民共同利益。
中国商务部网站刊登新闻稿引述其并称，希望以该公司为代表的生物制药行业企业向中国市场引进更多先进产品和服务，参与健康中国建设，共享中国发展机遇。
“贸易战没有赢家，保护主义没有出路，”他重申。
他上周在全国人大经济主题记者会上表示，中国外贸发展面临严峻形势，但是坚信经济全球化的历史潮流不可逆转，全球贸易合作不可阻挡，“完全有信心有底气稳住外贸基本盘”。
中国今年的政府工作报告强调要大力鼓励外商投资，扩大电信、医疗、教育等领域开放试点。鼓励外国投资者扩大再投资，持续打造“投资中国”品牌。而美国总统特朗普则奉行“美国优先”贸易政策，频频挥舞加征关税大棒。（完）
