截至2025年2月28日，集团拥有合计450个签约项目，累计签约建筑面积5568.05万平方米。
截至2025年2月28日，集团于河南省以外的省份拥有33个在管项目，总建筑面积为358.9万平方米，占集团所有在管项目总建筑面积12.0%。除河南省外，集团在管项目涵盖多个省份，包括安徽、山西、陕西、河北、新疆、海南、内蒙古、湖北和山东九个省或自治区。
于2025年2月，集团在管项目合约销售为人民币8.96亿元，合约销售建筑面积15.79万平方米。2025年2月每平方米平均售价为人民币5676元。
截至2025年2月28日止两个月，集团在管项目合约销售为人民币18.15亿元，同比减少28.8%，合约销售建筑面积31.51万平方米，同比减少25.3%。截至2025年2月28日止两个月每平方米平均售价为人民币5759元，同比减少4.6%。
