中原建业合约销售额同比降28.8%
3月10日，中原建业（09982）发布公告，本集团截至2025年2月28日的经营数据已公布。公告显示，2025年2月，本集团获得1个新签合约项目，合约建筑面积为7.05万平方米，较2024年同期减少64.7%。截至报告期末，本集团拥有249个在管项目，总建筑面积为2994万平方米，签约项目累计建筑面积为5568万平方米。
在管项目合约销售方面，2025年2月合约销售额为8.96亿元，合约销售建筑面积为16万平方米。报告期内，合约销售总额为18.15亿元，同比减少28.8%；合约销售建筑面积为32万平方米，同比减少25.3%。每平方米平均售价为5759元，同比减少4.6%。
