智通财经APP获悉，丽年国际(09918)尾盘涨幅扩大逾110%，截至发稿，涨97.14%，报1.38港元，成交额224.26万港元。
消息面上，丽年国际公布，预计2024年年度纯利约6000万港元至8000万港元，较2023年同期纯利约120万港元有大幅增加。纯利增加主要由于集团的主要客户的新产品需求增加，导致客户对公司贡献边际利润相对较高的产品订单增加；及产品的材料成本有效降低;及期内集团并无录得任何按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值变动亏损。
据悉，今年2月，丽年国际公告称，拟出售TTL 10%股权。于完成后，公司将不再持有TTL任何股权。TTL主要从事开发及销售高科技地板护理产品（其中包括真空吸尘器）。董事会表示，对TTL短期内的前景并不明朗；股份出售事项为集团提供机会，变现集团于TTL的权益。
