　　皇庭智家（01575）发布公告，于2025年3月7日，公司拟配售最多5.50亿股配售股份，相当于经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.67%。 配售价每股配售股份0.051港元，较3月7日收市价每股0.060港元折让15.00%。

　　待完成后，预期配售事项所得款项总额上限及所得款项净额上限将分别为2805万港元及约2780.1万港元。公司拟按以下方式运用所得款项净额：其中80%用于扩大集团在东南亚的工厂规模，包括但不限于购买额外设备、租赁额外工作空间、装修及增聘工人；及其中20%用于集团的一般营运资金用途，包括但不限于偿还贸易应付款项。
