Japan Hotel REIT Investment said CapitaLand Investment has completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in SCCP Group Holdings, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
SCCP Group Holdings is the parent company of Japan Hotel REIT Advisors, which manages Japan Hotel REIT's investments.
