Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) said New Harvest Investments, which holds 70% of the trustee-manager, filed a request to join Dasin Retail Trust Management as a respondent in an ongoing Hong Kong arbitration against Zhang Zhencheng, Shun Fung Investment, and Aqua Wealth, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The arbitration stems from alleged breaches of a 2021 sale and purchase agreement and a shareholder agreement.

Singapore's High Court granted a six-month moratorium in January, later allowing New Harvest's joinder request in February.
