　　古茗（01364.HK）宣布，于2025年3月9日，超额配股权已获整体协调人代表国际承销商按每股9.94港元部分行使，涉及合共2186.92万股，相当于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数约12%，以补足国际发售的超额分配。

　　古茗将就部分行使超额配股权额外募资约2.17亿港元，所得净额约2.09亿港元。

　　超额配发股份预期3月12日开始买卖。

　　古茗，于2025年2月12日在香港主板挂牌上市，加计此次部分行使超额配股权额外募资，其IPO募资升至20.30亿港元。

　　截至发稿时间，古茗每股报12.42港元，总市值约292.65亿港元。
