一图解码：港股IPO一周回顾 2家公司递表 蜜雪打破 “破发魔咒”
过去一周（2025.3.3-3.9），港股IPO市场共有手回集团和慧算账2家公司递交了上市申请，且均为第三次递表；仅南山铝业国际1家公司通过了港交所聆讯；亦仅有蜜雪集团（02097.HK）1家公司挂牌上市。
蜜雪集团于2025年3月3日正式登陆港交所。上市首日，蜜雪集团开盘报262港元，较发行价涨约29.38%；当天蜜雪集团的股价呈上涨趋势，盘中最高到298港元；截至收盘报290港元，涨43.21%。这也意味着，蜜雪集团打破了现制茶饮企业上市首日即破发的“魔咒”。3月10日，蜜雪集团股价再度上涨，当日收涨10.82%，报393.4港元。
上周，中国“功能饮料第一股”东鹏饮料(605499.SH)宣布计划发行H股股票并在香港联合交易所有限公司上市。值得注意的是，在政策扶持下，2025年以来“A+H”上市热度持续上涨。宁德时代(300750.SZ)、海天味业(603288.SH)、恒瑞医药(600276.SH)及先导智能(300450.SZ)等A股龙头企业亦先后向港交所递交了上市申请。
