长和(00001.HK) 上周公布，与“贝莱德-TiL”财团达成协议，出售和记港口集团80%股权，预计该交易将为长和带来超过190亿美元的现金收入。
《信报》引述消息报道，本次交易成功促成，最主要是引入了关键角色“贝莱德-TiL”主席兼MSC地中海航运公司集团总裁Diego Aponte。他是一名意大利裔瑞士人，一向与长和关系密切。至于李氏家族与Aponte家族属世交，两位亿万富豪家族自上一代掌舵人已建立深厚友谊。
