Centaurus Metals (ASX:CTM) secured the installation license from the Para State Environmental Agency, Semas, for its Jaguar project in Brazil, allowing the mining firm to start construction activities on-site, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The license is valid until March 2029 and will allow construction once a suitable funding package is secured and a final investment decision is made, the filing said.
The project's mining license is anticipated in the coming months.
