　　九龙仓置业（01997）发布2024年全年业绩公告，集团收入同比减少3%至129.12亿港元，营业盈利同比减少3%至96.91亿港元。基础净盈利同比增加2%至61.39亿港元，相当于每股2.02港元。

　　若计入投资物业重估减值净额56.21亿港元，股东应占集团盈利为8.91亿港元。每股基本盈利为0.29港元。

　　第一次中期股息每股0.64港元已于2024年9月10日派付。第二次中期股息每股0.6港元将于2025年4月24日派付予在2025年4月7日下午6时正名列股东登记册内的股东，以代替派发末期股息。2024年度每股合共派息1.24港元（2023年：每股1.28港元），占香港投资物业及酒店基础净盈利的65%。
