2025年1月至2月累计合同销售金额约人民币29.76亿元，同比减少61.41%;累计销售面积约38.62万平方米。
于2025年2月，集团房地产出租物业共174个，总建筑面积约1604.40万平方米;2025年2月份租金收入约人民币10.51亿元，商业运营收入约人民币11.27亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2025年1月至2月累计租金收入约人民币21.35亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币22.89亿元(即含税租金收入)。
