Computer Age Management Services (NSE:CAMS, BOM:543232) said the Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the incorporation of its joint venture with KFin Technologies (NSE:KFINTECH, BOM:543720), on Saturday, according to an Indian bourse filing on Sunday.
The joint venture, named MFC Technologies Private Limited, will develop, maintain, and operate investment management platform MF Central, the filing said.
