半导体设备制造商应用材料公司（Applied Material）董事会周一宣布，将其季度股息从40美分提高15%，即提高到46 美分，并增加了100亿美元的股票回购授权。

　　新的季度派息相当于每年派息1.84美元。根据该公司上周五的收盘价155.68美元计算，这意味着该股的年度股息率从1.03%上升至1.18%。

　　这家位于加利福尼亚州圣克拉拉的公司周一表示，增加的股息将于6月12日支付给5月22日登记在册的股东。

　　该公司还宣布新增100亿美元的股票回购授权。在此之前，该公司在2023年3月批准了100亿美元的计划，截至1月26日，该计划还剩下约76亿美元。
