　　中华银科技（00515）发布公告，于2025年3月7日，公司与认购人（张又文、刘艳辉）订立认购协议，据此，公司已有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人已同意认购合共2.26亿股认购股份，相当于公司经发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股本的约16.63%。认购价每股认购股份0.10港元较3月7日收市价每股0.081港元溢价约23.46%。

　　认购事项的所得款项总额及净额预期分别约为2260万港元及2110万港元。公司拟将有关所得款项净额中的1750万港元用于偿还集团的到期债务及负债，及360万港元用作集团的营运资金（如薪金、租金付款、专业费用及办公室开支）。
