致同所作为公司2024年度财务审计机构及内部控制审计机构，原指派何峰(项目合伙人)、于海峰作为签字注册会计师为公司提供审计服务。由于致同所内部工作调整，现指派王德生(项目合伙人)接替何峰作为公司2024年度审计项目的签字注册会计师，完成财务报表的审计工作。变更后的签字注册会计师为王德生和于海峰;项目质量复核人员无变化。
