蜜雪集团(02097.HK) 日前成为“冻资王”，获1.82万亿元孖展认购，超购5,257倍，但主要是由于部分券商提供逾100倍杠杆。《香港01》报道，本港证监会正对蜜雪集团大规模超额认购的情况表示关注，并且已向券商界进行查询。
报道引述券商业界消息人士称，有券商利用FINI新制度的漏洞来造成IPO超购泡沫，证监会希望对新制度引起的问题作出调整，但亦不希望影响市场抽新股的气氛。
