Holista Colltech (ASX:HCT) said it received the full funds from the converting notes totaling around AU$1.5 million, with settlement completed on Tuesday, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It also made the final payment of AU$900,000 to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Tuesday, fulfilling all outstanding obligations under a May 17, 2024, Federal Court order.
Its shares fell 7% in recent trading on Wednesday.
