【中国奥园公布境外债务重组进展：持有期延长6个月】金十数据3月11日讯，中国奥园(03883.HK)在港交所公告境外债务重组进展：公司及Add Hero已行使酌情权，根据中国奥园计划及Add Hero计划的条款，将持有期延长六个历月。持有期届满日期现延长至2025年9月22日（即重组生效日期后十八个历月的日期后之下个营业日），公司及Add Hero可全权酌情进一步延长该日期，其乃根据持有期信托契约条款可分配信托资产的最迟日期。
