格隆汇3月10日丨英诺赛科(02577.HK)宣布，根据上海证券交易所于2025年3月7日发布的《关于沪港通下港股通标的调整的通知》及深圳证券交易所于2025年3月10日发布的《关于深港通下的港股通标的证券名单调整的公告》，公司股份将分别获纳入沪港通及深港通下的合资格股份名单，自2025年3月10日起生效。
公司股份获纳入沪港通及深港通后，中国内地的合资格投资者可分别通过上海证券交易所及深圳证券交易所直接投资于在香港联合交易所有限公司上市的公司H股股份。公司董事会认为，公司获纳入沪港通及深港通，反映投资者对公司经营业绩及发展潜力的认可度上升。预期公司将进一步扩大投资者基础，触达更广泛的投资者群体，增加公司股份的交易流动性，从而实现投资的价值，同时通过金融市场与中国内地的合作伙伴及投资者扩大互动基础及分享成长轨迹和日后的进一步成功。
