Air New Zealand Buys Back Over 365,000 Ordinary Shares

Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ, NZE:AIR) acquired 365,466 ordinary shares as part of its on-market and off-market share buyback program disclosed last Feb. 20, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The acquisition comprised 179,079 ordinary shares bought on the NZX and the ASX, and 186,387 ordinary shares bought off-market from New Zealand's Ministry of Finance, per the filing.

On average, the company paid NZ$0.595 per share acquired on the NZX; AU$0.5423 per share acquired on the ASX; and NZ$0.5972 per share acquired from the ministry.
