据 Gamespot 报道，游戏开发巨头 Epic Games 因 Fortnite（堡垒之夜）商店使用欺骗性销售策略操纵、误导玩家（尤其是未成年人）遭到集体诉讼，诉讼方表示 Epic Games 创造了 “稀缺假象” 并利用错失恐惧情绪 (FOMO) 影响晚间，目前此项诉讼已提交至美国旧金山法院。Epic Games 否认相关指控，称诉讼中的描述错误并歪曲了 Fortnite 的运作方式。
