China Industrial Securities International Financial Group's (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment acquired around $10.1 million of bonds issued by ORIX from the open market for roughly $9.6 million, a Friday bourse filing said.
The bonds, which were purchased between Feb. 12 and March 6 make up part of an issue of $500 million of 4% senior bonds falling due April 13, 2032.
The securities broker bought bonds for investment purposes.
