智通财经APP讯，瑞丽医美(02135)公布，预期该集团2024年实现收益约人民币1.99亿元，2023年收益约人民币1.89亿元;公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币5900万元，2023年母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币3200万元。
公告称，董事会认为，持续亏损乃主要由于以下原因：全年累计计提商誉减值拨备及无形资产减值拨备(被相关递延税项所抵销)约人民币5500万元，转回或然对价约人民币1800万元;于2024年度，该集团购股权开支增加至约为人民币800万元(2023年：约为人民币400万元)。
此外，为了加快集团的医疗器械产品研发及生产，该集团加大对公司间接非全资附属公司苏州瑞泉生物医药科技有限公司(前称“苏州咏蓝生物医药科技有限公司”)(苏州瑞泉)研发活动的投入。于2024年度，苏州瑞泉的管理费用及研发费用约为人民币500万元，该等开支尚未自2024年度由此产生的经济利益中收回。
