智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月11日，赤峰黄金(06693)股东将3.13亿港元市值股票从香港上海汇丰银行转入中信里昂证券，占比11.09%。
赤峰黄金公布，2025 年 3 月 10 日，公司发行 205,652,000 股(行使超额配售权之前)H 股并在香港联交所主板挂牌上市，公司总股本由 1,663,911,378 股增加至 1,869,563,378 股(行使超额配售权之前)，公司控股股东李金阳女士及其一致行动人瀚丰中兴持有公司股份数量不变，持股比例被动稀释，李金阳女士持股比例由本次发行上市前的 11.44%降至 10.18%，李金阳女士及其一致行动人合计持股比例由本次发行上市前的 14.54%降至 12.94%。本次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
