格隆汇3月12日｜网约车及送餐平台Uber表示，取消向欧洲同业Delivery Hero收购台湾Foodpanda业务的计划，并向对方支付2.5亿美元分手费。台湾公平贸易委员会去年12月以反竞争为由，阻止该宗价值9.5亿美元的交易。Uber周二称，不会就有关决定提出上诉，并且中止收购事项。如果Uber成功收购Foodpanda，将占台湾送餐市场的9成市场份额。根据去年5月公布的交易，Uber同时会认购Delivery Hero价值3亿美元的股份。Delivery Hero发言人表示，认股协议仍会落实。
