智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月7日，益美国际控股(01870)股东将股票由赢控金融证券转入富途证券国际香港，转仓市值2479.89万港元，占比26.85%。
二级市场方面，3月5日，益美国际控股暴跌89.24%，截至3月10日发稿，该公司最新市值达9484.8万港元。
益美国际控股公告称，该公司预期收益将由2023 财年的1.92亿港元轻微增加至2024财年的不少于1.95亿港元。纯利预期将由2023财年的1860港元下跌至2024财年的不超过500万港元，减少约73%。
董事会认为，2024财年纯利下跌主要由于集团永久吊船业务分部的分部溢利大幅减少，由2023财年约3800万港元大幅减少至2024财年的不超过1900万港元。有关溢利减少主要是由于香港建筑业的市场环境充满挑战，导致永久吊船业务分部收到的变更订单数量及利润率均显著下跌。
