新浪科技讯 3月10日上午消息，法拉第未来创始人贾跃亭在社交媒体发布视频称，特别股东大会在3月7日成功召开，全部提案都获得投票通过，这不仅为FX系列产品的量产交付铺平道路，也让我们肩上的责任更重。

　　“这也说明，公司更加审慎和健康的扩股策略，正在被所有股东认可。我们所有决策的核心原则是确保所有股东利益最大化。”贾跃亭强调，只要公司股价不低于纳斯达克挂牌的1美元合规线，公司就不会考虑并股。

　　贾跃亭表示，3月10日起，公司股票代码将正式改名，从“FFIE”改为“FFAI”。贾跃亭称，早在IPO前，公司就已经在申请FFAI的股票代码。AI车生态一直是未来更是FF的核心能力和核心战略。
