消息面上，3月10日，中国生物制药发布公告，该集团自主研发的国家1类创新药“罗伐昔替尼(Rovadicitinib)”用于治疗慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)的Ib/IIa 期临床研究结果已发表于国际血液学领域顶级期刊《血液》(Blood，IF:21.0)。罗伐昔替尼是全球首个兼具JAK和ROCK双重抑制机制的口服小分子抑制剂，靶向JAK1/2和 ROCK1/2，具有抗炎和抗纤维化的双重作用。该药物在治疗cGVHD、骨髓纤维化、噬血细胞综合症等疾病中均展现出治疗潜力。
据悉，JAK和ROCK是调控免疫反应和纤维化进程的两大关键信号通路。罗伐昔替尼通过全球首创的双重抑制作用，同步阻断异常免疫激活和纤维化进程，在cGVHD患者中表现出优异的疾病控制率，为患者提供安全有效的治疗选择。此次研究获《血液》权威认证，不仅印证了药物的科学价值，更为cGVHD 患者提供了全新的治疗选择。
