乐居财经吴文婷脱离链家后，自如却做起了链家的生意。
近日，以租房业务起家的自如，正式推出二手房买卖品牌“自如美家二手房”，标志着公司业务由租赁向买卖领域的延伸。
据了解，自如美家二手房服务包括房屋托管、装修美化、带看、交易签约等完整的中介服务链条。与传统中介模式不同的是，自如美家会对房源进行不同程度的“装修美化”，提高房子的卖相和买家的入住便利度。
目前，自如业务已覆盖国内14个城市，包括北京、上海、广州、深圳、天津等，而二手房买卖服务则先行在北京和上海上线，相关功能仍在不断完善中。
业内人士指出，最近几年，随着大量保租房以较低租金入市，对一批长租公寓企业的租金和出租率产生重大影响。而在长租公寓业务基础上，增加二手房交易业务可以使自如形成“租赁-买卖-装修”闭环，实现盈利模式的多元化。
公开资料显示，自如原是房产中介机构链家的内部创业项目，成立于2011年10月，而链家则是中国最大的房产中介平台贝壳（02423.HK）的直营品牌，贝壳旗下的贝壳找房亦是中国最为知名的房产信息平台之一。
2016年5月，自如曾发布声明称，为了更加专注地为业主及客户提供资产管理服务，同时也使企业获得更大的发展空间，自如已经从链家拆分出来，由链家旗下的一个事业部升级为一家独立运营的公司。
