消息面上，美国贸易代表办公室将在当地时间11日就中国生产的传统芯片举行听证会，探讨进一步提高相关关税的可能性。天风证券认为，半导体自主可控是科技行情的重要方向，强调半导体国产替代需求迫切、市场空间较大、以及外部和内部潜在催化对板块带来的催化。
此外，传DeepSeek-R2将于3月17日发布。招商证券表示，DeepSeek R1等国产大模型推出，引发华为升腾等大芯片适配热潮，小模型推理能力提升及成本下降，AI端应用落地及创新将持续加速，促进国产大模型+算力芯片的生态发展。
