　　运动科技平台KEEP（03650.HK），于3月10日被深交所调出港股通目标证券名单，即日生效，生效当日拖累当日大跌16.06%。

　　此前于2月21日，Keep发布盈利警告，预计2024年度经调整净亏损额为人民币4.6亿元至4.9亿元，同比亏损幅度有所扩大。Keep表示，争取于2025年实现盈亏平衡。

　　Keep指，年内经调整亏损净额扩大的原因包括消费市场环境变化、消费者信心趋于谨慎，购买力偏弱，影响部分商品市场策略效果未达预期；以及持续投入资源于新的战略业务及技术革新计划，导致相关费用有所增加。

　　更早前在Keep成立10周年之际，Keep创始人王宁发布全员信《十载同行，向新而生》，在信中王宁明确表示，Keep未来将“All in AI”，此外亦明确发展以数据为核心的硬件生态、KEEP品牌走进更多的运动场景、拓展全球化版图。

　　KEEP，于2023年7月12日在香港上市，当时以每股28.92港元发行1083.86万股，募资3.13亿港元。截至3月12日午间收市，KEEP（03650.HK）每股报5.41港元，仍较IPO发行价跌81.29%，目前总市值27.93亿港元。
